Attribute review

An evidence percentile is a position-specific NHL comparison, after winsorization, sample-reliability shrinkage, and the three-season recency blend. It is not the raw statistic. Each player view shows the available-evidence equation: percentile × weight = contribution. The evidence score is ranked against eligible CEHL players in that position group and mapped to the accepted rating economy to produce the model rating. Finally, final = round(confidence × model + (1 − confidence) × prior); an absolute override replaces that final blend.
